Course
At the core of life is sound. Rhythm generates life. It is well known among in-tact cultures of the world that when we stop coming together to dance, sing, and share Story, sickness is soon to follow. We need celebration, we need movement and ecstasy. We regularly invite master African drummers to our forest farm to host unique opportunities to let go, to release dormant energies and move without inhibitions. Community is found, cultivated and nourished in this way. Come and see.
Drums are provided as is a safe space to freely express yourself rhythmically.
